“Attorney John Robb made his comments shortly before the swearing-in ceremony for Justice Caleb Stegall, which dozens of family members and state officials including Brownback attended. Stegall served as Brownback’s chief counsel before the governor appointed him to the Kansas Court of Appeals last year and elevated him to the state’s highest court earlier this year.”
